Our experience with Mark is amazing and I say is because we still check in with one another, to brag about our teams beating each other throughout the season. That’s a testament to how much care and dedication he gave us as one of his clients. We had given up on looking for a home during the pandemic because of cash offers and everyone just rushing and overbidding for properties that we wanted. I met Mark thru a cold call, I had been searching for a new realtor because our previous experience with our prior realtor hadn’t been great. One week to speaking with Mark he had listings ready and an appointment to visit our potential new home. The first day going out with him we found our home. It was the last property we visited of the day and like he told us when you know you know, you have to feel the home! We sure felt that, we started filling out paperwork in February and by March first we were moving into our new home. His attention to detail and professionalism separates him from the rest.
